I just wanted to not be fat and forty. I used to love exercise and just before I had Catrina I was fully on the health bandwagon. I exercised with Step into Life about 3 to 4 times a week and also did a weekly exercise session with a bunch of friends as a catch up. Then I had Catrina and unfortunately couldn’t go back to Step into Life with her. Still kept up some exercising with friends, but it got harder as Catrina needed to be asleep pretty early and all my friends couldn’t exercise until the evening. Then I went back to work and it all got a lot harder. I went once a week at work to exercise with a bunch of workmates and loved it. Then I had Jacinda and it got harder again because I couldn’t take the kids with me to any exercise except going to a playground which did not give me a heap of exercise.
The reason I got onto Playball Fitness was because my friend Sharon bought a voucher and was unable to use it due to work commitments, then I met Katrina and had a ball at exercise. I ached and loved it and remembered how much fun it was exercising with a group again. I have made it a priority to do it even above housework, which hubby hates, but he is very pleased with the results I have achieved. I am wearing baggy clothes, weighing less and just happier because I am not struggling in too tight clothes. Jacinda loves going to exercise too.
I can’t wait to see how much more I can achieve. I had thought that I would never get down into the 60 kilo weight range, but now I am thinking maybe I can. Might not get there until I hit 41 but I think I can do it now.
Look out skinny me I am coming!!!
