Our vision at Playball Fitness is to help women play happier, play healthier and play fitter throughout their life’s journey.
Through our personal training, group fitness and online training we help women improve their health, fitness, self-confidence, motivation and self-esteem not matter what stage of life they are at.
Our sessions are designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals with your personal trainer providing the direction, support and motivation every single time you show up. You just need to bring your determination, your can-do attitude and your running shoes!
Based in the Eastern suburbs of East Doncaster, Mitcham and Templestowe you can find a time and place that suits you.
Playball Personal Fitness offers more than just an exercise program. Children are welcome to any session so you no longer need to spend time or extra money finding someone to babysit. You will have peace of mind that knowing that you can exercise and still take care of your children – they may even make some new friends…and you as well!
While exercise may be our main aim, we are building a community of women who want to take control of their lives and bodies and we offer special events and health and fitness workshops.
